How to Have a Morning Beauty Routine
Make a small investment of time for a morning beauty routine, because a well-planned routine can actually save time. Practice the routine for a week until it becomes second nature. Eliminate the mad-dash-morning-scramble and never again leave the house wondering if you put on deodorant or brushed your teeth.
Allow at least 1 hour each morning for a beauty routine. Get up early if necessary to allow a good start to the day. Stand next to the bed and do at least 5 minutes of stretching to increase circulation.

Brush your teeth and get into the shower soon after rising. Use a loofah and an exfoliating body wash for an allover scrub. Shampoo and condition your hair. Shave at the end of the shower so that your hair has time to soften. Use a good shave gel and a fresh razor.
• Step 3
Pat dry after the shower. Use a good body moisturizer over slightly damp skin, and apply a facial cleanser and rinse off. Follow with a toner. Swipe it across the forehead, nose and chin area. Towel dry hair and comb through any leave-in conditioner as desired.
• Step 4
Check your eyebrows and tweeze any stray hairs. Apply deodorant and body spray at this point, and get dressed in the freshly pressed outfit that was set out the night before in preparation for the morning.
• Step 5
Wear a makeup bib or tuck a hand towel around your collar to protect clothing while you apply makeup. Use a bit of concealer first and allow it to dry. Apply foundation, eye shadow and eye liner, mascara and blush. Use a light hand with all cosmetics.
• Step 6
Blow dry your hair. Tame unruly hair with a barrette or clip or by putting it in a ponytail. Refuse to let a bad hair day affect the rest of your day.
• Step 7
Have a healthy breakfast after getting dressed. Then brush your teeth and use a mouthwash after eating. Apply a bit of lip color followed by a touch of gloss, and you’ll feel pulled-together and well-groomed all day.
